Primary Duties and Responsibilities
o Coordinate signing and distribution of FHA Commitment
o Prepare Rate Lock Authorizations
o Prepare Rate Lock Confirmations
o Coordinate closing legal kick off calls
o Circulate Closing Checklist and collect closing due diligence
o Analysis of taxes, insurance and mortgage insurance premiums
o Prepare closing statement according to Sources & Uses provided by Underwriter
o Prepare Amendments to FHA Commitment according to rate lock terms
o Coordinate insurance review and obtain Insurance Certificates
o Obtain Flood Certificates
o Prepare Critical Repair packages
o Prepare Cost Certifications
o Work with legal counsel to assure timely submission of HUD closing documents
o Coordinate funding with warehouse lender
o Coordinate funding with title agent
o Coordinate refund of application fees
o Coordinate refund of GFD to Borrower
o Coordinate transfer of escrow funds
o Maintain various reports Skills / Experience Requirements
o Some exposure to commercial real estate is preferred but not required
o Highly developed analytical skills including the ability to create spreadsheets, presentations
o Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
o Outstanding writing skills including the ability to communicate articulately and concisely
o Ability to multitask while maintaining organization
o Commitment to service is a must
o High integrity, and intellectual curiosity are a plus
Requirements:
1
to 2 years experience
Minimum Education - Bachelor's Degree
Willingness to Travel - Occasionally
SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS
HIGH levels of proficiency with EXCEL
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Ambitious and career oriented. Willing to work long hours when necessary.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
