Job Description:
This is a full time position in the management of Real Estate loans and property. We are looking for a positive, dynamic, energetic, self-starter who is self-motivated and can work well individually or in a team environment. Strong initiative and decision making skills are required as each Asset Manager will be managing millions of dollars worth of Real Estate. We are looking to hire multiple Asset Managers over the next month. A strong base of the skills below with excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
o Outstanding Communications skills. Professional phone etiquette.
o Good organization skills and ability to meet multiple deadlines
o Detailed orientated and ability to multi-task
o Good Research, Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
o Industry experience in Banking, Real Estate, Mortgage, Title, Legal, Foreclosure, or Bankruptcy is a must
o Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug testing.
o Reliable Transportation and ability to be reliable and on time.
o Professional appearance and demeanor. Flexibility and good sense of humor.
Duties Include but not limited to:
o Manage Real Estate Servicing Agencies and Vendors
o Review and Understand Title Policies
o Interview Vendors to ensure qualifications meet company criteria
o Complete Risk Analysis on Loans
o Follow Up on timelines associated with asset disposal and all other assets
o Determine, manage, and ensure the accurate and timely Property Preservation Standards are met
o Ensure Real Estate Closings are correct and accurate
Other Skills Preferred:
o Good Computer skills in Microsoft Office Products, specifically Excel and Outlook.
o Bilingual Spanish

Hours: 9 to 5.
Compensation: DOEEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
