The Closing Coordinator is primarily responsible for the initial review of purchase agreements and bank wire transfers.

Essential Functions:
Review purchase agreements for accuracy and confirm terms are in line with Progress Residential standards.
Verify information entered by third parties into the Salesforce platform and update data as necessary.
Initiate bank wire transfers.
Schedule and coordinate closings with all parties involved in the real estate acquisition process.
Request preliminary title work and supporting documentation.
Monitor email accounts associated with the Closing Department.
Answer general inquiries and requests from third party vendors.
Notify departments upon acquisition of an asset.
Support Sr. Closing Coordinator.
Qualifications:
1 or more years of experience with real estate closings.
Prior employment with title insurance company preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associates degree a plus.
Salesforce experience preferred.
Working knowledge of MS Word, Office and Excel.
Strong attention to detail.
Organized work approach.
Ability to multi-task and work independently when needed.
Positive interpersonal and communication skills.
Works well in a team environment.
Honest, ethical and handles things in confidential manner.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
