Promotions Assistant / Event Coordinator


Management Duties
o Base paid position requiring at least 40 hours per week; more if needed
o Oversee special events throughout the Tampa region
o Potentially manage 5
employees
o Weekly meeting with Management team and/or staff
o Ensure event planning and execution (team buildings, office parties, etc) is top notch
o Record and report daily sales in a timely manor
o Insure compliance and proper client representation is followed at all regional events daily
Customer Service
o Set an example of great customer service at all times
Hiring/Training
o Responsible for hiring marketing and event representatives that will not only fit our culture, but will take pride in being an integral part of our company's growth
o Thoroughly train each employee so they are knowledgeable and capable of performing their duties and providing great customer service
Marketing
o Consistently bring new ideas to the table
o Network throughout the community to increase awareness

We identify and develop new stream of revenue for clients through on-site promotions, innovative marketing strategies and advertising campaigns with a personal touch. We create and execute these campaigns uniquely to each clients researched target market
JOB REQUIREMENTS
o Ability to problem solve and think quickly on your feet
o Time management, communication and organizational skills are a must
o Required to delegate job duties to employees with straights in each area
o College degree required
o Able to lift 35lbs

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
