#710 - Payroll/Benefits Coordinated needed immediately for large, well-respected Tampa law firm. The Coordinator will be responsible for end-to-end processing of bi-weekly and monthly payroll for all attorneys, administration, and support staff - approximately 225 employees. In addition, the Coordinator will assist the Human Resources Manager with the administration of all group benefits programs (group health, dental, short-term and long-term disability, worker's compensation, life insurance, flexible spending plan, and 401(k) plan). The ideal Coordinator will have a customer service focus, possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and is team-oriented. Must be familiar and proficient in ADP 7.0 payroll program. An Associate's Degree in Business Administration/Finance required. Accounting Degree preferred or 3
years of additional payroll experience in lieu of an Associate's degree. Competitive salary and excellent benefits package.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
