We are looking for a charismatic and customer focused leader to join our team as a Community Manager at Palma Ceia Apartments in Tampa, FL! This position is with McKinley's Owned Residential division working only at communities we own and operate as important long term assets.
A bit more about what you're going to do:
You'll be responsible for delivering extraordinary customer service, first and foremost.
Each major operational component will be your accountability, including capital improvements, front door sales, renewals, unit turns, work orders, collections and expense control.
You'll walk your community and units several times a day to ensure product quality.

As a qualified Community Manager applicant, you will have a phone interview with HR to assess your qualifications and interest in the role, you be evaluated on your written communication skills and attention to detail by completing property shops and a writing assessment, and you will also be interviewed by different levels of regional and national leadership to assess your sales aptitude, customer service focus, financial awareness, and how you well you will adapt to our McKinley culture.
