Develops and maintains a solid understanding of key and emerging competitors and builds effective monitoring practices to ensure the business remains up-to-date on marketplace changes.
Consults with senior leadership and management to ensure the competitive intelligence function provides the necessary insights to support decision-making and strategy formulation.
Works with a wide variety of resources and external vendors when needed to collect information necessary to maintain a holistic and solid understanding of the marketplace and uncover strategic and tactical opportunities and threats.
Collect key competitor information such as products, pricing, servicing and marketing strategies.

Requirements:
