Description
Price Master Central (PMC) is a global reference data management application - responsible for sourcing price data from market vendors and internal Citi sources and providing it to downstream clients after applying client specific rules. The application supports clients across all business lines within the Institutional Clients Group (ICG). The candidate for this project manager role will be a key member of the ISG (Information Service Group) Pricing team, assisting in executing a multi-year feature roadmap for the application. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of projects in the pricing team, this involves ensuring we adhere to all aspects of Citi's project management standards and providing the visibility to the progress, risks and achievements in communications to senior management. This role is for a full time employee and will be based in Tampa, FL.
Key Responsibilities
Work with business analysts to identify all key deliverables and milestones within each project
Develop project documentation for each project assigned
Follow up across the global team for project updates
Prepare status updates on projects to ISG senior management
Highlight potential risks within projects in a timely manner
Actively participate in project communication meetings and forums
Update project trackers with progress on execution
Manage documentation and approvals for projects in Citi's project management portal
Identify optimisation opportunities in processes
Undertake other assigned projects / subtasks as requested
Managing Agile projects
Writing project charters, functional requirements documents
Technical understanding of Java and Oracle to allow for coherent conversation with developers
Creating trackers/timelines to accurately present project status
Creation of senior management presentations and MIS
Strong ability in use of Microsoft Applications (PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Word, Excel)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills ability to communicate at all levels
Qualifications:
University degree in Technology, Engineering, Math, Science, Management Science or equivalent.
Qualification in project management (PRINCE, PMP) will be preferred.
A proven track record with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
