Our Tampa office is looking for a Project Architect to manage, organize and coordinate project teams and team assignments to execute architectural projects. As a Project Architect at Gensler, you will join a highly creative, collaborative team dedicated to innovative problem solving and design excellence.
Responsibilities:
Execute production of construction documents with design intent & technical quality
Responsible for project schedules and budgets in conjunction with Project Manager
Resolve complex technical/design issues and provides guidance and mentorship to team
Coordinate activity and communication between project team, sub-contractors and other disciplines
Requirements:
Licensed Architect preferred
5-10 years' experience in architectural practice with experience leading project teams
Full knowledge of architectural principles/practices
Knowledge of building codes and structures
Revit knowledge experience preferred
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and management skills
Collaborative and team-conscious

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
