Key
Responsibilities:
The Associate will review and ensure all required account opening documentation is complete and meets the regulatory and compliance requirements as set by the AML (Anti Money Laundering) and CIP (Client Identification Program) program.
Once the validation has been completed, the Account Opening Associate will be responsible for the full process of establishing the account, processing entitlement changes and supporting the established maintenance and quality control process for the unit.
This position requires that the individual be able to manage work efficiently in order to meet strict production deadlines.
The individual will also be responsible for maintaining service levels against business standards and using judgment to support the business in managing potential risks.
Support the communication and resolution of application issues submitted for Tampa processing.
Support the business in meeting deadlines for projects developed within the operations group.
Achieve balance between quality and production to meet individual and team quality and production goals.
Responsible to apply changes in federal and business regulations and procedures as requested and trained by Assistant Manager and Unit Head accordingly.
Support any special project and special request as need it for the Unit.
High School Diploma (or GED)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
