ASSESSMENT FACTORS1. Plans, organizes, prioritizes, and schedules work unit activities to complete assignments in a timely and effective manner.2. Crafts effective recommendations for highly complex or sensitive situations that incorporate strategic direction by identifying the impact of the course of action.3. Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the organization's mission, functions, values, applicable policies and procedures, and internal and external factors that may impact the organization.4. Demonstrates the experience to work dynamically across the IC and Special Operations communities of interests on matters involving clandestine intelligence and/or clandestine sensitive special operations.5. Demonstrates the skills and experience to develop and coordinate clandestine sensitive special operations and intelligence operations relative to the assigned requirement (s) and objective (s) from cradle to grave.HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. Experience as a special operations operator / operative, collector, or operational planner at a USSOCOM special mission unit and/or Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC).2. Completion of an USSOCOM validated operator course, USSOCOM special mission unit operator / operative course, and the DCO and JSOC official and commercial signature reduction courses.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
