Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes experience making decisions and/or recommendations concerning telecommunications plans and proposals; experience with Narrowband, Wideband, and/or Protected Communication satellite systems and operations; experience in performing complex analytical work pertaining to Narrowband, Wideband, and/or Protected Communication; and experience in distributing, coordinating, and balancing the workload among employees. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-03). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
