Production Clerk- Indexer at Compex Legal Services Tampa, FL 33634
DescriptionJob SummaryThe Production Clerk- Indexer is responsible for ensuring that work orders are completed accurately and shipped to correct locations/clients accurately and efficiently.
Specific duties include but are not limited to.
Tasks and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)Match work order to copy flow printouts.
Scan/photocopy records using company equipment as needed.
Review printout for quality.
Fix/redo poor quality pages.
Assemble completed packages.
Print and review labels for billing and delivery.
Status orders completed for delivery.
Deliver packages to mail room for delivery to locations.
Prep records for scanning.
Hand paginate (bate stamp) orders which need pagination.
Sort the incoming mail and distribute to each department as necessary.
Status the receipt of records in Oracle.
Create and print simulated work orders to process records accordingly.
Compile a daily list of the records which come in via fax or mail.
Prepare and mail records to out of state clients via USPS or FEDEX.
Inform office manager of supply needs.
Interact with in house customers concerning receiving, handling and shipping all incoming material.
Interact with client regarding special needs in the duplication or delivery of non-document materials.
Provide management with daily total on all work completed and provide explanation on any backlog.
Other duties as assigned.
Job QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.
Strong English language verbal and written communication skills, including reading, writing and speaking.
Excellent organizational skills.
Creative problem solving skills.
Able to work independently and without oversight for long periods of time.
Detail oriented, takes initiative, resourceful and handles self under pressure with professionalism, calmness and tact.
Ability to;work in a team environmentcommunicate effectively with clients and other departmentsprioritize and manage multiple requestswork well under pressure and meet deadline while multi-taskingCompex offers its full time employees Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k and FSA.
