You Will Organize food production within company standardsManage goods rotation and oversee food preparation by the teamElaborate and oversee preparation with the teamAssist the chef in determining supply and weekly needsEnsure the supply and good maintenance of buffetManage clearing and cleaning of buffetsMonitor all food served relative to appearance, temperature, sanitation and quality standards, and portion controlPerform cleanup duties during and after each shift to ensure the kitchen is presentable to guests, prepare and set up for next day.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
