POSITION
Summary:

The Sr.
Manager of Franchise Marketing and Recruitment is a highly skilled position that develops the strategy for inquiry generation activities, project management and implements integrated marketing activities/campaigns aimed at increasing the quantity and quality of inquiries to help build the brand to achieve the franchise restaurant growth goals of the company.

POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Models and updates demographic characteristics of Company's ideal franchisees candidate profile to improve effectiveness of all marketing campaigns.
    Utilizes demographic research and segmentation analysis as needed.
  2. Creates a stream of new qualified franchise candidates for appropriate opportunities that meet or exceed standards that are identified through an appropriate business planning process to support a 3 year pipeline
  3. Establishes a broad portfolio of inquiry generation channels to effectively deliver sales inquiries that meet geographical and financial requirements.
  4. Creates and executes sales seminars, direct mail, franchise portals, e-mail campaigns, PPC campaigns, SEO, and PR campaigns in partnership with the Marketing team.
  5. Increases inquiries from potential candidates to ready to purchase candidates
  6. Manages the franchise inquiry database
  7. Establishes inquiry tracking and reporting functions to effectively monitor inquiry generation performance by channel.
  8. Sets guidelines for key performance indicators like cost per inquiry, cost per sale, inquiry to sale conversion.
  9. Provides project management and support for all franchise sales and development initiatives within the franchise community.
  10. Ensures franchise candidates meet or exceed pre-qualification standards.
  11. Performs other duties as assigned.

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS

Education

  • Bachelor s degree from a four year college or university

Experience

  • At least three to five years of franchise recruitment experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong problem solving and consultation communication style
  • Strong organizational agility and consultation communication style
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from team members, internal clients (Inter-departmental contacts to Executive Team), franchisees and operators
  • Highly responsive
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of CRM
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a brand champion

Essential Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret written information such as procedure manuals, Company communications or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to frequently use hands to finger, handle or feel.
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods in one location which may be restricted to the employee s workstation.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
